What to Expect from Partner Onboarding

The onboarding process is based on your partner segment, your organization’s specific needs, and your way of doing business. The goal of onboarding is enablement, and CoreStack provides the flexibility, the resources, and the expertise to ensure that your implementation is successful.

Partner Enablement Journey

  • Phase 1: Partner enablement begins with joint solution development, team and cadence definitions, and joint business planning, including the go-to-market motion. The first phase of the journey takes about 30 days.
  • Phase 2: Within the first 60 days, the goal is sales and technical readiness, which includes business and product training, sales and marketing planning, PR, and the rolling go-to-market plan.
  • Phase 3: The next 90 days are spent developing a sales pipeline, onboarding your initial customers, measuring GTM results, and developing a roadmap.

Specific onboarding steps (including pre- and post-onboarding) vary depending on whether you’re implementing CoreStack for AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or multiple cloud platforms. CoreStack will collaborate with you to fulfill the hyperscaler’s specific prerequisites as part of the onboarding process.

Flexible Deployment Options

CoreStack can be deployed wherever the customer or partner wants it, as determined by requirements for data sovereignty, data isolation, or any other business reason. We can deploy in any region in the world where the hyperscaler provides a data center.
Four general deployment options give customers and partners flexibility as well as peace of mind.
  • A shared deployment in CoreStack’s SaaS cloud. This deployment is the default for most customers and partners.
  • A dedicated deployment in CoreStack’s SaaS cloud. The customer or partner gets their own backend database, ensuring complete data isolation.
  • A dedicated deployment in the customer or partner’s hyperscaler account.
  • A dedicated deployment in a customer's or partner’s private cloud – behind their firewall.

Extensive Training Opportunities

Training is another important component of partner onboarding, including role-specific training on delivering CoreStack services to your customers. We also provide product training sessions on FinOps, SecOps, and CloudOps, as well as comprehensive documentation.
Once onboarded, partners will continue to have a wide range of training opportunities on an ongoing basis, from in-person sessions to on-demand tutorials.

As part of the onboarding process, you will gain access to our Partner Portal. Powered by xAmplify, this portal provides partners a rich set of resources and capabilities.
  • Marketing collateral, with editing and co-branding capabilities
